I have personally loved living in Georgia for the past three years. “Go Dawgs!” My son, Jake has thrived in the day program and made buddies at Annandale Village in Suwanee. My wife will still be able to hold her wonderful job here while doing it remotely in CT. We’ve also been blessed with some of the nicest neighbors we have ever known and have made some amazing friends within the Georgia District of the Assemblies of God.

Most of all, being asked to step in as the interim minister which lasted 22 weeks during a pastoral transition at Evangel Gainesville was undoubtedly the highlight and greatest blessing during my time here. The Evangel church family had blessed me much more than I ever could explain in a little post like this and through them, I realized that God wasn’t done with me in the aftermath of the pandemic where my ministry itinerary was wiped out. There’s something very special about that group of people and their pastor (and my friend), Kelly Ward. I’ll always be thankful for the great blessing of meeting each and every one of them. I love these folks.

I now look forward to our move, then finish writing and eventually, independently releasing my 13th book as well as producing our podcasts from our new location this year. My family and I believe God has some amazing surprises (and ministry opportunities) for us as we turn the page to a new chapter of life in Connecticut. The Lord has orchestrated this transition every step of the way. May God be glorified and His perfect will be done.
